RUSH FEE:

$25 per image = 2-3 day order fulfillment *

IMPORTANT COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

THE COPYRIGHT ACT protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. This includes the right to control the making of copies and to where they may be posted, online or elsewhere.

It is illegal to copy, reproduce, or post these photographs elsewhere without our permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

We will try to accommodate all reasonable requests. Please feel free to discuss your needs with us, so that we may have the opportunity to serve you better.

TAKING PHOTO PROOFS FROM ANY PHOTOGRAPHER’S PROOFING SITE IS CONSIDERED THEFT.

If you are caught taking photos from the site you will be billed $35 per image for the theft. If you do not pay within 5 days of recieveing a bill your photocart account will be deleted, we'll file a complaint with your horse association and we'll file a claim in US Federal Court.

The eProofs from the shows below have expired*. What now?

Here are your options:

1. If you have the image numbers, call to place your order: 952.922.6300

2. Request access to the show gallery and place your order online.

 

*Electronic proofs will be online at least 45 days after the horse show. If the gallery has expired, you can request an access code with a deposit of $20 that will be applied to your order. No deposit is required if you have purchased a photograph from the show.
